Shipping

Where we ship. Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. We cannot ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or outside Spain: vaping-product regulations do not allow cross-border distance sales.

Times and costs. Mainland: €7.50, free from €49. Delivery in 24/72 working hours from dispatch, with GLS. Balearics: €18, free from €69. Delivery in 48/96 working hours, with GLS. Orders confirmed before 15:00 on a working day ship the same or the next day. The exact cost is shown in the basket before you confirm.

Store pickup — free. Buy online and collect at our València store (C/ San Vicente Mártir 51, bajo F). We email you when it is ready: at least 2 hours after you order, with the shop open, if everything is in stock; if it includes items for reservation, when they arrive. Wait for that email before coming. Give us your order number and we hand it over prepared and sealed. We hold your order for 7 days. Even if you collect it in our shop, it is an online purchase: withdrawal, returns and warranty are handled online. We may ask for ID to check you are over 18. Hours: Mon–Fri 10:00–21:00, Sat 10:30–21:00, Sun 12:00–15:00 and 16:00–21:00.

Tracking and incidents. You receive the tracking number by email when the parcel ships. If it is late or damaged, write to pedidos@whitecvapes.com or +34 695 569 956 with the order number.

Recycling. If you buy a device, you can return the equivalent old one free of charge: hand it in at the store or tell us by replying to the confirmation email and the courier will collect it on delivery. Used batteries are collected at the store.
