Terms of sale
These terms govern purchases from the online shop of High-End Performance Solutions, S.L. (White Cloud Vapes), a specialist vape shop, tax ID B22804298, C/ San Vicente Mártir 51, bajo F, 46002 València. Placing an order means you accept them.
1. Adults only. Only persons aged 18 or over with legal capacity may buy. By ordering you declare you are of legal age. We may request proof of age before delivery and cancel orders that fail it.
2. Products and prices. Prices are in euros and include VAT and, where applicable, the Spanish excise duty on e-cigarette liquids and related products. Shipping costs are shown before you confirm. Prices may change without notice; the price at the time of the order applies. Photos are illustrative.
3. Availability. Online stock is shared with our València store, so an item may sell out between order and preparation. If so, we will contact you to wait, substitute or refund that item. «On order» items ship when we receive them from our distributors. On the product page they are shown as «Available to reserve».
4. Order and payment. The order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. Payment methods are shown at checkout (secure bank gateway; we do not store card data). If payment is not completed, the order is not prepared. How to order: add products to the basket, review it (you can change quantities or remove items), enter shipping and payment details and confirm. The contract is concluded in Spanish, is archived in our system and a copy is available on request at pedidos@whitecvapes.com. Electronic invoice: by ordering you agree to receive your simplified invoice by email; a full invoice with your tax ID can be requested from the link in that email within 30 days.
5. Shipping and delivery. We ship only to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands by courier (GLS) or offer collection at our València store. No shipping to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or outside Spain. Times and costs are on the shipping page. Risk passes to you on delivery.
6. Vaping products: regulation. Our vaping products comply with Directive 2014/40/EU (TPD) and Spanish Royal Decree 579/2017: nicotine e-liquids in containers up to 10 ml, tanks and cartridges up to 2 ml, maximum 20 mg/ml nicotine, with labelling and health warnings. Cross-border distance sales of these products are not permitted, so we sell and ship within Spain only.
7. What we sell online. Our online shop sells vaping products and accessories, to adults aged 18 or over only.
8. Withdrawal, returns and warranty. See the returns and warranty page: 14-day right of withdrawal with the legal hygiene exceptions (sealed products — e-liquids, pods, coils… — that have been unsealed cannot be returned), and 3-year legal warranty. Online purchases are handled online (withdrawal form or contact form), even if you collected them in our shop.
8 bis. Take-back of used appliances (WEEE). When you buy an electrical or electronic appliance from us, we accept your equivalent used appliance at no cost, one for one, if you bring it yourself to our València shop when you buy or within the following 30 calendar days, also if you bought on the website (Royal Decree 110/2015). Do not throw them in the bin (the crossed-out wheelie bin means they are collected separately): you can also take them to a local recycling centre.

10. Law. Spanish law applies, in particular the Consumer Protection Act (RDL 1/2007) and the LSSI-CE. Disputes go to the courts of the consumer’s domicile.
