We comply with the TPD

Our vaping products comply with European Directive 2014/40/EU on tobacco and related products (TPD), transposed in Spain by Royal Decree 579/2017. In plain words: adults only — we sell no vaping or nicotine products to minors, in store or online; limited nicotine — nicotine e-liquids contain at most 20 mg/ml and come in bottles of up to 10 ml; tanks, cartridges and disposables hold at most 2 ml; labelling and warnings — every nicotine product carries the health warning «This product contains nicotine which is a highly addictive substance. It is not recommended for use by non-smokers», the ingredient list, the nicotine content and instructions; notified products — manufacturers notify their products to the health authorities before sale; we only sell products from approved distributors; no cross-border distance sales — which is why we ship within Spain only (mainland and Balearics); no misleading advertising — we do not present vaping as healthy; if you want to stop using nicotine, talk to your doctor.
